Orders usually arrive within 10 to 20 days depending on where you are. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no surprise charges at checkout.

We do. Pawlet ships worldwide, and shipping stays free wherever you are ordering from.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns. If you are not happy with your order, contact us to start a return or exchange. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Get in touch as soon as you can. If the order has not been dispatched yet we can usually change or cancel it for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Checkout is secured by Shopify, so your card details never touch our servers.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with the tracking number from your shipping email. If the number is not working yet, give it a day or two and then message us.
